Puppies cookies

Ingredients:

250g Butter

80g Castor Sugar

20g Icing Sugar

1pc Egg Yolk

¼ tsp Vanilla oil

350g Plain Flour (sifted)

30g Custard powder

Puppy’s ears: koko krunch

Puppy’s eyes: Chocolate rice

Puppy’s nose: Chocolate chip

Method:

1. Cream butter and castor sugar till light and fluffy

2. Add egg yolk and vanilla oil, mix well

3. Fold in the sifted flour (plain flour, custard powder and icing sugar) and mix into a soft dough

4. Form into ball, place puppy’s ears, eyes and nose on it.

5. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for about 20 mins or until golden brown. Remove it and leave to cool before storing.
